cHRISTO FRANGOPOULOS, M.D.

Dr. Frangopoulos graduated from The Ohio State University where he graduated with honors and played soccer competitively through college. Thereafter, he pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree at Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine followed by an Anesthesiology residency at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he served as Chief Resident his final year.

While working at numerous hospitals all over the country as a travel physician, it became increasingly apparent how severe the health crisis in America is. This led Dr. Frangopoulos to further his education as a Certified Personal Trainer and earn a second medical board certification in Lifestyle Medicine.

Coupling his passion for healthy living and an active lifestyle — Dr. Frangopoulos founded AtlasMD360 (IG: atlasmd360) to help guide and educate people towards healthier living using evidence-based information and practical real world experience.

When not traveling for work, Dr. Frangopoulos resides with his dog George in Columbus, Ohio, and has 9 nieces and nephews that are his biggest joys in life.


shanika esparaz, M.D.

Dr. Shanika Esparaz is a double board-certified Ophthalmology and Lifestyle Medicine Specialist as well as a certified health and wellbeing coach. Raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio, she graduated from Northwestern University and Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine.

Her medical journey includes completing an Ophthalmology residency and Medical Retina fellowship at Boston University. She then initiated the retina service at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons and holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery there.

Recently, she established “Envision Ophthalmology and Wellness,” a concierge ophthalmology practice in Mayfield, Ohio. Additionally, she founded and leads “Envision Your Wellness,” a wellness coaching business dedicated to enhancing women’s healthcare experiences.

Dr. Esparaz specializes in coaching women through Lifestyle Medicine, to improve both their physical and mental well-being. Beyond her professional pursuits, she engages with peers on social media (IG: shani_esparazmd) and enjoys baking, fitness, hot yoga, tennis, and cherishing moments with her husband and two daughters.


SHAWN CHRISMAN, PHD

Dr. Shawn Chrisman is an author, professor, and therapist.  As a mental health therapist, his desire is to help individuals and relationships thrive, not just survive. He has extensive experience supporting clients navigating change and improving relationships within themselves and others.

His educational pursuits include a Master’s in Sports Management, a Master’s in Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality. 

Dr. Chrisman currently practices in a Dallas-based partnership, ETHOS=Everything from Within (ethosfromwithin.com), a company focused on supporting individuals to present fully as their best self in work and personal environments. 

He has two upcoming books set to be released in early 2025, which are focused on relationship skill building and a primer on exploring open relationships.


KRISTA ANT0NUCCI, CPT

Krista is both a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach with Functional Nutrition training. After graduating from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s in Communications, she pursued her passion for active living and entered the health and fitness world.

She spent her first five years as a CPT coaching group fitness classes, HIIT, agility, and strength training. Most recently, Krista started her own personal training business tailored towards women focusing on improving exercise technique, muscle endurance, and overall strength. (IG: kkantonucci)

She has been a lifelong athlete and prides herself on taking care of her body — all while caring for her family of 5, including three very active children — her greatest joys in life!

Krista embodies the definition of wellness and is going to be involved in the AtlasMD360 Exercise Division.


RICHA GARG, M.D.

Dr. Garg is a board certified Family Physician practicing integrative medicine in Nashville, TN.   She received a Master’s in Nutrition from Columbia University prior to her medical training, which laid the foundation for her belief that food can function to either harm or heal.  She obtained her medical degree from Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine   After completing a Family Medicine residency at the University of Chicago and practicing traditional Family Medicine for 9 years, Dr. Garg completed a 2 year Fellowship in Integrative Medicine and launched her current practice - Integrative Health and Wellness (www.richagargmd.com).

Understanding that health is multidimensional and influenced by mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical components, Dr. Garg looks to find the root cause of health issues and treats her patients' health concerns in a comprehensive way. Specializing in optimizing her patients' nutrition based on their health conditions and goals, Dr. Garg creates unique treatment plans based on individual health needs. Given her formal training in nutrition, family medicine, and integrative medicine, Dr. Garg is uniquely poised to understand the pathophysiology associated with disease and poor health, while being armed with a variety of tools to promote wellness and life long healing in a more complete, multifaceted way. 


CARMELA KIRALY, M.D.

Dr. Kiraly was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with dual degrees from The Ohio State University before matriculating at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville. She and her husband met at VUSM and couples-matched in Chicago; there, she completed Internal Medicine residency and a Sleep Medicine fellowship both at the University of Chicago.

Upon completion of fellowship, Carmela and her husband returned home to Youngstown. She was the first board-certified, fellowship-trained Sleep Medicine physician employed with Mercy Health - Youngstown, and helped establish and grow the clinical Sleep Medicine program during her five years there. Recently, she has stepped away from work, staying home to care for her three young children, with a fourth on the way. She is happy to be involved in AtlasMD360, which will impart the importance of sleep to many people.

Proper sleep is something often overlooked in health, yet plays a central role in many biological processes including how we perform physically and mentally, and even how we age. Her insight into restorative sleep is not to be missed!
